Yes, our jewellery is designed to be waterproof and suitable for daily wear. However, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes and excessive friction to maintain the shine.
Is Smara Jewellery skin-safe?
Yes. Our jewellery is designed to be skin-safe and comfortable for regular wear. If you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend doing a short wear test first.
Can I wear Smara Jewellery every day?

Will the gold colour fade?

We recommend avoiding swimming pools and sea water because chlorine and salt can affect the finish of plated jewellery over time.

How fast do you dispatch orders?
We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 24 hours. During sales or festive periods, dispatch may take slightly longer due to high order volume.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Smara Jewellery offers free shipping on all orders across India.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode and courier serviceability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp or email, depending on the contact details shared at checkout.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery, subject to our return and exchange policy. The item must be unused, unworn and returned with original packaging.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Our team will help you with the next steps.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us as soon as possible for cancellation support. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
COD availability may depend on your location and checkout options. If COD is available, it will be shown at checkout before placing the order.
