At Smara Jewellery, your satisfaction matters. Request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsuitable items.

Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days from the delivery date. Requests shared after this period may not be accepted.

Eligible Items

Products must be unused, unworn and returned with the original packaging, tags, invoice and accessories, if any.

Non-Returnable Items

Items with signs of use, wear, damage caused after delivery, missing packaging or missing tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Raise a Request

Please contact us through our website contact page within 2 days of delivery. Share your order number, registered contact details and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Quality Check

Once the product is received back, it will go through a quality check. Return, exchange or refund approval will depend on the inspection result.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case. For exchanges, we will help you replace the item with the same product or another available product of similar value.
